Jumbo Bookings is a multi-vendor reservation platform that connects users with partners globally, starting with Nigeria. We facilitate bookings and may process payments directly or through our partners.

• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 18 years old and above to use our Service

• All bookings are subject to partner availability and policies
• Payment may be processed by us or directly and due at the time of booking arrival
• Cancellation and refund policies vary by our partners
• You are responsible for reviewing specific terms on our partners platform before booking

• Provide accurate booking information
• Comply with our partners policies
• Pay all applicable fees and charges
• Use the Service lawfully and respectfully

We act as an intermediary between users and our partners. We are not liable for:

• Our partners service quality or availability
• Cancellations or changes by our partners
• Third-party payment processing issues

All Service content, trademarks, and intellectual property belong to Jumbo Bookings or our licensors.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice.

Disputes will be resolved through Arbitration or Mediation in Nigeria.

We are not liable for failures to perform due to unforeseen circumstances.
